Order Processing All Formivelle orders are prepared and dispatched from our fulfillment centres within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Estimated Delivery Times Once your item is dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Note: While we strive to ensure every order arrives within these timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to external factors such as extreme weather, carrier operational delays, or customs processing. If your order falls outside the estimated delivery window, our support team is fully committed to assisting you and liaising with the courier on your behalf.
Taxes & Customs Duties For international deliveries outside of the UK, please be aware that local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are out of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Yes, we provide full tracking for every order. Your tracking link will be activated once your product is handed over to the courier. If you need any assistance tracking your parcel, please email us at contact@formivelle.com, and our team will be happy to provide an update.
Order Cancellations & Modifications We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you change your mind or need to cancel your order, please email us at contact@formivelle.com as soon as possible. We are able to cancel or modify orders as long as they have not yet been processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
Incorrect Delivery Address If you have misspelled or auto-filled your delivery address incorrectly at checkout, please reply to your order confirmation email immediately with the correct details. We can update your address if you notify us within the first 12-24 hours, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, we are unable to reroute parcels.
Damaged or Defective Items We take great pride in our quality control, but we understand that items can occasionally be damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please do not worry. Simply email contact@formivelle.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

Lost in Transit We take full responsibility for your order until it reaches your hands. If your tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time or the courier confirms the parcel is lost, please contact us. We will open an official investigation and ensure you receive a prompt replacement.
