The 30-Day Flawless Fit Guarantee

At Formivelle, your confidence and comfort are our absolute priorities. We understand that finding the perfect foundation can take a try. If your Selfwear isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or an exchange.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. Because our products are intimate garments, strictly for hygiene reasons, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed.

  • Completely free of any marks, stains, deodorant, or makeup.

  • Returned in their original packaging with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Please note: We thoroughly inspect all returned items upon arrival at our facility. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to process the refund and the item may be sent back to you.

Return Shipping

We want your experience to be completely seamless, no matter where you are in the world. We are pleased to offer free return shipping globally. Once you initiate your return at contact@formivelle.com, our team will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and instructions for your specific country.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate your return, simply follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to contact@formivelle.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return/exchange.

  2. Our Customer Care team will reply within 24-48 hours with a free, pre-paid return shipping label and instructions on how to drop off your parcel.

  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off at the designated courier location.

Exchanges for a Different Size or Colour

If you simply need a different size or colour, let our team know in your email. Once your original item is scanned as "in transit" back to our facility, we will immediately dispatch your replacement piece so you don't have to wait.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great pride in our quality control, but if you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please email us immediately at contact@formivelle.com with a photo of the defect. We will arrange a free replacement for you right away.

The Refund Process

Once your return is received at our facility and fully inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the garment.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it can take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days for the funds to officially post to your account after we process the refund on our end.

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often some standard processing time.

  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@formivelle.com and we will investigate it for you.
