Everything you need to know about Formivelle Hearts.

Your Hearts are valid for 12 months from the date they were earned. You'll receive an email reminder 30 days before any Hearts are due to expire, giving you plenty of time to treat yourself.

Hearts can be applied at checkout independently. Please note that Hearts cannot be combined with other promotional discount codes in the same order.

Yes — you earn 5 Hearts per £1 on all purchases, including sale items. Hearts are calculated on the final amount paid after any discounts.

Hearts earned from a returned order will be removed from your balance once the refund is processed. Any Hearts you redeemed as part of that order will be reinstated.
